first snows

so, a couple of days before "winter" officially begins....up here in new hampshire we have gotten 3 storms of varying intensity. the first one was only a couple of inches, but the second two were within 3 days of one another and each dropped roughly 8 inches. In total we have received 23 inches so far. New England is so strange like that, and thats totally a part of living in this area. Some winters will be mild with only one snowstorm and other winters will be like this one seems to be shaping up to be.

the top picture was taken from the backyard (which borders a swamp-river-pond thing).

The bottom picture was taken at the top of the driveway I think its funny how it looks as though we live off some deep woods logging road, when really, we live just off old nashua.

Brand New

Hi.  So we are new to this website.  I figured it might be nice to set up a new blog thats not a myspace account.  I thought maybe to detail life in the next 6 months  leading up to the wedding might be fun.  After that, Im not sure what we might use this for.  Promote some of our artwork, photography?  Trips we will take?  who knows!
